Course Cancellations

Zeus Technology reserves the right to cancel training courses but will endeavor not to do so within 10 working days prior to the start of the course. If the training course is cancelled, Zeus Technology's only obligation to the client will be, at its option, either to reschedule the cancelled course within 4 months or to refund in full the fees paid by the client for the training course. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeus Technology will not be liable to the client in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the client as a direct, indirect, special or consequential nature arising from such a cancellation.

Attendee Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled without penalty providing Zeus Technology receives written notice more than 10 working days prior to the start of the training course. Written cancellations between 6 and 10 working days prior to the start of the training course will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for written cancellations received 5 working days or fewer before the start of the training course. The client will also be liable for any expenses incurred by Zeus Technology prior to the commencement of the course, which will include pre-arranged travel, accommodation, printing and shipments.

Transfers

Course/attendee transfers can be made without additional charge providing Zeus Techology receives written notice more than 10 working days prior to the start of the course. After such time an additional transfer fee of 20% will be payable. If a transfer is made to a training course of greater expense, the transfer fee will be 20% of this course, rather than the original booking.

Copyright/Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any course materials provided or made available in connection with the course are and remain the sole property of Zeus Technology. Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, distributed or transmitted in whole or in part or in any form or by any means, whether electronically, mechanically, or otherwise, or translated into any language, without the prior written permission of Zeus Technology.
